目前世界各國如何為大麻平反Rehabilitation of Miscarriage of injustice on Cannabis醫用大麻合法化(二)In Taiwan, Cannabis (Marijuana) was notorious and was listed in the Category II Narcotics. However, California has decriminalized it by the Compassionate Use Act in 1996. World Medical Association announced that Cannabis should be legally used in Medical treatment in 2017. In Canada, it has been legal for both recreational and medicinal purposes in 2018. The UN‘s Commission for Narcotic Drugs voted to remove “cannabis and cannabis resin” for medicinal purposes from Schedule IV in 2020. Cannabis research bill approved in US Congress on April 1, 2022. US Senate held historic first hearing on marijuana on July 26, 2022.
