Is Marijuana (Cannabis) a narcotic drug or a medicine during COVID-19 pandemic?
Cannabis, also termed Marijuanas, was a widespread medicine. It was criminalized in 1937 in USA but accepted as a medicine in California in 1996. So far, it regained its reputation and was approved for medical use in 27 countries in the whole world. Cannabis was defined as a Category Two Narcotics in Taiwan. However, in the Covid 19 Pandemic period, it was found to inhibit the replication of SARS-Cov-2 and promote the innate immunity of Hosts.
