This includes DNA damage, protein misfolding, accumulation of metabolic waste, and other cellular damages that increase as one ages.By implementing some strategies, it is possible to theoretically reduce the rate of entropy increase in the human body, thereby potentially slowing the aging process and improving overall health and longevity.
