  Juvenile Justice Should Change With the Times.

  Juvenile Justice was based on UN’s International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and Convention on the Rights of the Child. The youth who is under 18 years old should not be sentenced to death or life imprisonment without possibility of parole. However, the youth criminals are getting younger and the crimes are getting crueler and more violent. The UN may consider to change the juvenile age limit with the times to protect the society.
