  Lewiston, Maine, a safe home turned to a ghost town.

  Lewiston, Maine was considered a safe and peaceful city. It turned to a ghost town on Oct 25, 2023 due to a mass shooting. The Supreme Court just announced that every citizen has the absolute right to keep and bear arms in public on Jun23, 2022. The mass shooting was up to 560 incidents so far in 2023. The Supreme Court is going to hear US v Rahimi in Nov 2023. Let’s see how the Supreme Court will deal with  the 1994 law U.S.C. § 922(g)(8), which prohibits the possession of firearms by persons subject to domestic-violence restraining orders.
